One of the scenarios in the ‘Witchfinder General’ ruleset calls for livestock to be represented as an objective for both sides. As luck would have it at around the same time as I was taking my first tentative steps into my new project a certain mischievous Loki was showcasing the new additions to the 'Warbases' miniature range.
Having seen Andrew breathe life into these creatures with his magical brushwork, they were placed firmly at the top of my wish list for ‘Salute 2014’.
They have been simply based on varying sized ‘Warbases’ MDF discs; my chickens have finally hatched, now to count them towards the tally for the year.

DeleteWonderful work there Michael. Last Monday we played a game with Dimitris ( http://thecompletegreekgeek.blogspot.gr/2014/06/for-few-chickens-more.html?m=1 ), in which we tried to forage some farms in Spain during the Peninsular war. The livestock was mine.
